Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide bespoke solutions using every available
resource at our disposal. As a truly independent company we can search the market
place for the best product or service at any given time and being independent
means that we can endorse technologies that are proven and not because we are
affiliated to a particular supplier. This, coupled with our experience, knowledge
and commitment to raising the standard of customer service results in a company
who will provide you with simple, cost effective solutions relevant to your
needs and ambitions.
Telegence is split into three operational groups, with
additional support coming from other three other companies in the group.

by providing outsourced maintenance and support options as well as network installations,

Enterprise Printing Solutions
We have a vast range of printer associated solutions; these solutions are available
through our channel of distributors and resellers.
For many of the products we supply in this range we act on behalf of the manufacturer
and actually run their UK and European sales force.

printing solutions
Winlink as secure printing specialists with solutions to help
you control your printing costs
Troy with a full range of wireless print servers, fiber print
servers and Ethernet print servers.
Solutions
Development
At Telegence we realise, especially in the world of print solutions, that “off
the shelf” products are not always readily available, so we have introduced
our own “Centre of Excellence”. Here products are taken from the
conceptual stage right through to market readiness. An example of one such product
is Oki Print Tracker, a print cost reduction program which enables you to track
the cost of your printing across a network.
We are always happy to consider a joint development venture where we can either
develop the solution for you as a fixed price project or take an equity share
in the product and help you develop and market your idea.
Web Development
E-telegence.com was established in
2000 in response to the growing demand for quality and affordable e-commerce
solutions. Feedback from our customer base confirmed that work carried out by
existing companies was often poorly designed, overpriced and lacked functionality,
and so E-telegence was born.
Working in partnership with Telegence Technologie, we
are able to provide our customers with a total solution, one that incorporates
file servers, internet connection, help desk support and e-commerce. By combining
the skills of both companies we are able to offer a one stop shop for all your
technology requirements.
Office Furniture / Move Management Consultancy
Our Sister Company Taskforse limited
was formed as a Workplace Consultancy, and initially the company became involved
in a wide range of projects for small and large corporate companies. However,
opportunities developed in other areas of business and taskforse developed into
a furniture consultancy sourcing products to satisfy the needs of its clients.
Our clients are drawn from many areas of industry including hotels, restaurants,
theatres, schools and now the domestic retail market. We decided in 2003 to
develop the retail site as many of our clients and friends wanted to buy products
for their own homes. The products that we have chosen are sourced from tried
and tested manufacturers and offer contemporary design, quality manufacture
and value for money.
